Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
